Villa Zagara is located in Mazzaforno, at 4 km from the center of Cefalù.
The villa, on three floors, is some 40-odd steps away from the sea via a stairway, facing a quaint rocky scenery on which it is possible to sunbathe; it also suitable for children. In the vicinity there is a vast beach, equipped with all amenities, with a marvelous sea which is particularly enticing for fishing or diving enthusiasts.
Villa Zagara may be rented by couples or a group of friends for up to 8 people (the price remains unvaried) and comes complete with a large lawned garden, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, and an outdoor kitchen.
The villa also comes equipped with an on-premises parking area that can accommodate two cars, a soccer field, and a shared tennis court on which to play and have fun.
